I manage the COO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. I monitor and respond to emails, filter out unnecessary messages, and prioritize important communications. Additionally, I assist the COO in creating and managing task lists, setting deadlines, and tracking progress. I prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed, and update 365 Villas, Owner Information Sheets, and Client Arrival Sheets as required. I ensure the consistency of Owners' eblasts and make recommendations for updates as needed. I also check that all properties are showcased properly on OTAs and Mini Sites once per month, and refresh property information at least once per quarter. Providing discreet support with sensitive or confidential matters is part of my role. Finally, I identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
